Katy joined Hillhead Lib Dem Cllr Kenneth Elder at the 2nd annual Gala Day for the Friends of Old Station Park (FOSP) in talking to the landscape architect commissioned by FOSP to draw up the latest development plans for the site. Katy commented:
“FOSP have worked really hard to develop the site in the past year and the layout on the main road is now much more inviting. I am very impressed by the imaginative designs for Stage 2 and hope that local residents make their views known on their preferred solution so that this site can become as attractive as the other green spaces in the West End. Glasgow City Council could take lessons from FOSP on how to genuinely consult local people on plans that affect their area!”
