edinburgh meeting

At a packed public meeting in Edinburgh on Thursday, Liberal Democrat Federal Leader Nick Clegg stressed that the party should continue to focus on campaigning on issues that matter to local people. He commented on the campaign to save Kelvindale and Hyndland Post Offices, organised by Katy Gordon, and welcomed the success in preventing both post offices from closure. Several party members active in campaigning in the rest of Scotland sought Katy’s advice to help them succeed in their upcoming campaigns against post office closure in their areas.
