Today Katy has published her response to the SRC Election Manifesto. She announced it at Charles Kennedy’s visit and highlighed that she has responded to all 10 points in detail. She also stressed what the Scottish Liberal Democrats have done for students, with the scrapping of tuition fees and re-introduction of grants for less well off students. Plans for the next parliament focus on funding universities properly to compete with England without the need for top up fees and tackling student debt by scrapping the graduate endowment.
